Holly Mistletoe Winter can you say her mother took the Christmas loving to the whole new level had a boss who most probably was an inspiration for Grinch and Scrooge at the same time.Let us start from the beginning however The heroine lived in a small Michigan town whose entire livelihood depended on Christmas it was a popular tourist destination during the season, it produced Christmas souvenirs, had all kinds of Christmas attractions, etc Holly was working at Flying Reindeer Toy company Holly Mistletoe Winter can you say her mother took the Christmas loving to the whole new level had a boss who most probably was an inspiration for Grinch and Scrooge at the same time.Let us start from the beginning however The heroine lived in a small Michigan town whose entire livelihood depended on Christmas it was a popular tourist destination during the season, it produced Christmas souvenirs, had all kinds of Christmas attractions, etc Holly was working at Flying Reindeer Toy company and six months ago before the story starts its original owner retired and Grinch Scrooge personified took over To no end of Holly s frustration the guy in question was hot not to mention rich One day shortly before Christmas she learned she and her nemesis had to go on a business trip to Nuremberg, Germany and no excuses for not going were accepted Would it be a spoiler if I say that eventually the Christmas spirit won It is a shortish novella that could be read in one sitting if you are really dedicated or two if you are not in the hurry It had enough humor to make me smile several times and it is quite good at conveying Christmas spirit in other words, this is a great seasonal read Just do not expect big surprises The writing is good enough and the characters arethan adequate for the genre Christmas romantic comedy The story of the book is self contained and finished The next couple of books are about different couples with Holly s sisters Noel and Ginger I told you their mother took the whole Christmas idea too far If you have several hours to kill, reading this book is quite amusing and not boring way of doing this 4 stars P.S By the way, Nuremberg Christmas Market is now on my list of places to see before I die

4 Hot Grinch Stars I am officially moving to Reindeer Falls where everyone is on Christmas crack and fluffy waffles are on the menu In a land where parents name their children Ginger, Noel and Holly Winter, I was hopeful for some seriously funny banter and sexually charged Christmas innuendoes, and am happy to proclaim that I got them Holly Winter works for the insufferable Nick Saint Croix With his grumpy personality, it s ironic that the hot grinch runs a toy company Regardless of how d 4 Hot Grinch Stars I am officially moving to Reindeer Falls where everyone is on Christmas crack and fluffy waffles are on the menu In a land where parents name their children Ginger, Noel and Holly Winter, I was hopeful for some seriously funny banter and sexually charged Christmas innuendoes, and am happy to proclaim that I got them Holly Winter works for the insufferable Nick Saint Croix With his grumpy personality, it s ironic that the hot grinch runs a toy company Regardless of how damn fine he is, Holly is certain that she only tolerates him for the perks of the job Even if she is completely clueless of the underlying attraction Having a part in the Flying Reindeer Toy Company feels a bit like being a Christmas elf and who doesn t want to have an in with Santa But when she is asked to accompany Mr Saint Croix on a business trip, it seems she ll be tolerating him in close quarters Except once the animosity wears off, they discover that they can t keep their hands off each other Fortunately her sisters are bearers of sage advice and help steer Holly in the right direction Holly, Ginger chastises Where is your seasonal spirit Is there no room at the Vagina Inn for Nick With her knack for writing hero s guaranteed to get you hot under the collar, amusing dialogue that has you bursting into laughter and dirty sexy times, you simply can t go wrong with any Jana Aston books. The Boss Who Stole Christmas is the perfect festive rom com

Sweet and funny little Christmas storyThis book was as charming and funny as I have com to expect from Jana Aston I liked her Wrong series and this book has the same cheeky and sarcastic humor as those books The main character was a woman named Holly Mistletoe Winter, and yes Mistletoe is her actual middle name She lives in the town of Reindeer Falls Michigan and loves her job at the Flying Reindeer Toy company and she is unhappy that her boss is such a bad tempered Scrooge.Holly really lik Sweet and funny little Christmas storyThis book was as charming and funny as I have com to expect from Jana Aston I liked her Wrong series and this book has the same cheeky and sarcastic humor as those books The main character was a woman named Holly Mistletoe Winter, and yes Mistletoe is her actual middle name She lives in the town of Reindeer Falls Michigan and loves her job at the Flying Reindeer Toy company and she is unhappy that her boss is such a bad tempered Scrooge.Holly really liked her old boss Christopher Saint Croix and thought he would never retire but he and his wife moved to Florida and his nephew Nick Saint Croix took the reigns of the company five months ago I didn t really like the beginning of the book when all the background information was detailed because Holly s inner commentary was presented like she was talking to the reader instead of just thinking to herself For example, Nick came to her desk to ask her if she was going to the meeting and there are four pages of her inner commentary before she answers him Here is an exampleI don t want to brag but I was Miss Candy Cane Princess seven years ago I know it might be a little vain, but I still have the tiara I use it as my tree topper because being Miss Candy Cane Princess was my childhood dream That and working for the Flying Reindeer Toy Company when I grew up But this only bothered me in the first few chapters, after that her inner commentary seemslike her thoughts than something she is telling us directly Either that or I just didn t notice it after that I enjoyed the story and the humor Nick and Holly end up going on a business trip to Bavaria Germany and the descriptions are great Holly has two sisters, Ginger and Noel, who look like they will be the featured protagonists in the next few books Ginger is involved in a reality competition show called the Great Gingerbread Bake Off and wants to use the winnings to open a bakery that she has dreamed of since she was younger However her competition, a man named Keller James who has a show on the Food Network has Ginger all riled up.This book was only 100 pages so was a quick read, which is nice between longer books Personally I don t like all of these books out lately that are 30 70 pages It would take me nearly as long to write a review than to read the book
